Avv. Sergio Passoni ‐ founding partner
A graduate in law from the University of Turin with a thesis in commercial law, he has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 1992. He has been a barrister of the Supreme Court since 2011.
He has many years of experience in the insurance sector, both as a lawyer for leading national and international insurance groups and as in-house manager, for a period of five years, in the legal department of a leading insurance company. He worked on a professional basis for a period of fifteen years as a partner in an associated law firm in Turin, developing skills in the fields of civil and commercial law, civil liability, labour law and contracts.
He is a founding partner of Studio Legale Passoni ‐ Associazione Professionale. He is particularly involved in the areas of litigation and civil, commercial, bankruptcy and insolvency contractual law, employment law (labour relations, accidents and occupational sickness), insurance law as counsel for major international insurance-financial groups, including in relation to contractual and non-contractual civil liability and product liability in the European and non-European area.
He is a member of the Management Committee of the Associazione Avvocati del Piemonte e della Savoia.

Avv. Gabriella Tibi ‐ founding partner
A graduate in law from the University of Turin with a thesis on commercial criminal law, she has been a member of the Turin Bar Association since 2000. She has been a barrister of the Supreme Court since 2015.
She practised at an associated law firm in Turin, where she was a partner, for a period of fifteen years.
She has accrued her professional experience in civil law, with a prevalence of judicial activity concerning contract, labour and insurance law; she has also consolidated experience in the field of family law, inheritance and in the area of common law.
She undertakes judicial and extrajudicial activities on behalf of companies and individuals, with a particular focus on the areas of civil liability, commercial law and labour law. He also deals with personal, family and inheritance law.
